Receptionist

Position: Receptionist Responsibilities Front Desk & Office Operations

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous, professional, and timely manner

Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls efficiently

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

Visitor Management & Security Oversight

Manage visitor checking procedures and ensure compliance with access protocols

Oversee visitor validation processes and maintain accurate logs

Monitor security camera systems and report any unusual activity or security concerns

Coordinate with building security and facilities teams as needed

Scheduling & Calendar Coordination

Manage, coordinate, and confirm meeting room and appointment calendars

Send calendar invitations and manage scheduling changes or cancellations

Assist with coordinating internal team coverage schedules as needed

Administrative & Operational Support

Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries

Assist with document preparation, data entry, filing, and record management.

Order, track, and maintain office supplies and inventory levels.

Support management and team members with reference materials, research tasks, and ad hoc projects.

Professional Representation

Uphold a high standard of professionalism and workplace etiquette.

Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.

Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, clients, and vendors.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role in a fast-paced office environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and calendar management tools

Familiarity with office security systems or access control procedures is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities

Professional appearance and demeanor with keen attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation range: $22.95 per hour+ plus an annual discretionary bonus

Location & Work Schedule

This position is located at our Westwood Village office in Los Angeles, CA and is a fully onsite role with in-office attendance required five days per week.
