Job description

The Production/Chemical Processor will be a critical part of production, processing customer parts based on work orders and customer specification.


1st Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm

$22.00-$24.00/hour


Responsibilities:

  • Will support quality initiatives, which include our Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, and Quality Management System.
  • Applying chemical conversion coatings to parts as per work orders and customer specifications.
  • Power-wash, air dry and ensure cleanliness of part prior to applying coatings.
  • Follow chemical process flow charts to ensure quality of work.
  • Read and correctly interpret work orders.
  • Work with the Quality Team to ensure that quality standards are met.
  • Work with Production Team to understand production schedule and expedite orders.
  • Follow all company quality and safety regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications:

  • HS/GED or some work experience
  • Read and write in English
  • Able to follow work orders
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Must be available to work 6 hours of OT on Saturdays as needed
