Crossroad Behavioral Health Services is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time remote position. This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth platforms to engage with clients effectively. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient needs and capabilities to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving client functioning and symptom resolution.
• Provide various modalities of psychotherapy, including individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions, in compliance with clinical best practices.
• Actively participate in program planning and team meetings with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
• Engage as a primary or co-therapist in group settings, facilitating therapy discussions and ensuring a safe environment for clients to share and heal.
• Gather and document relevant patient data in accordance with program protocols and regulatory standards, using electronic medical record (EMR) software proficiently.
• Adhere to agency policies, ethical guidelines, and best practices within the field of counseling to maintain a high standard of care and professionalism.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide triage evaluations and crisis interventions as needed.
• Maintain accountability for job-specific obligations and comply with all organizational protocols and procedures.

Your primary focus will be on diverse patient populations experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including those from various socioeconomic, cultural, and demographic backgrounds. You will work with individuals seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, utilizing a compassionate and patient-centered approach.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
• At least two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical context.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to counseling practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in EMR software and familiarity with telehealth technologies.

• Specialization in therapeutic areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse recovery.
• Experience working in primary care or multi-disciplinary medical settings is highly desirable.
• Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the varying needs of patients across different demographics.

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting from $70,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a signing bonus to eligible candidates as an incentive to join our dynamic team.
