Temp Continuous Process Improvement Jobs in Indiana

Reporting to the Plant Manager at our Rensselaer, Indiana manufacturing facility, you will support plant operations by expanding the capabilities of the Conagra Performance System and manage improvement in plant performance by identifying opportunities for improvement. You will lead the execution of processes to eliminate losses while developing strategies to improve organizational growth by reducing non-value-added activities and ensuring continuous improvement. Working with plant leadership, you will support a plant of 230 hourly and salaried team members in process improvement activities.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesProvide coaching and subject matter expertise to site leaders of all Conagra Performance System pillarsOwn multiple Conagra Performance System pillars, including Focused Improvement, Continuous Skills Development, and Autonomous Manufacturing DevelopmentCollaborate with functions across the site to drive continuous improvement activities and resultsCoach teams to analyze data, prioritize projects, use problem-solving tools, and implement systemic solutionsLead the execution of projects designed to deliver Key Performance IndicatorsPromote Conagra Performance System concepts daily through coaching and auditingFoster technological transformation through the use and improvement of digital toolsEngage with Continuous Improvement leaders at both enterprise and plant levels to improve standards, share best practices, and reapply key learningsIngredients Required for Your SuccessBachelor's degreeMore than five years of manufacturing operations experienceMore than five years of experience with continuous improvement systems such as total productive maintenance, lean manufacturing, and Six SigmaMore than five years of management experienceProficient in Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Excel, and PowerPointTechnical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing systems and equipmentDemonstrated influential leadership and effective communication skillsSkilled at developing short-term and long-term plans for strategic and tactical execution#LI-Onsite#LI-MSL#LI-PM2Compensation Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
