We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Lake Forest, CA. This position plays a critical role in supporting our warehouse operations by ensuring materials are received, stored, and shipped accurately while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.


Position Overview

As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for the daily movement, storage, and shipment of inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, operates material handling equipment safely, and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.


Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, unload, and stock incoming materials and shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company procedures.
  • Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately track inventory movement.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory.
  • Ensure materials are stored properly to maximize warehouse space and accessibility.
  • Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties and projects as assigned.


Qualifications

  • 1+ years of warehouse, shipping & receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
  • Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified).
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS); AS400 experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
