What You ll Do
  • Provide cardiothoracic surgical services including CABG, arterial revascularization, redo revascularization, valve repair/replacement, and pericardial procedures.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in 24-hour call coverage, managing emergency cases as needed.
  • Document procedures and patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Support trauma and critical care teams for adult patients.
  • Engage in ongoing quality improvement and team meetings as required.
What You Need
  • Valid state medical license in Ohio
  • Board-certified in Surgery, with specialization in cardiothoracic surgery
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience in cardiothoracic procedures
  • Proficiency in EPIC or similar EMR systems
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
