Job description

The Teller position is a client-facing role that requires exceptional customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The Teller will perform various cash handling transactions, process payments, accept deposits, and process withdrawals while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

The Teller will respond to customer requests and inquiries, make recommendations about bank products and services, maintain and balance cash supply, and keep accurate bank records.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 6 months of cash handling or previous teller experience preferred. (May consider a combination of education and experience.)
  • Banking experience preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
