OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY

Fox TV StationsFOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network's national content.JOB DESCRIPTION

Fox TV Stations is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the talent team and support hiring across a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary media organization. This role will support recruitment across Editorial, Production, Ad Sales, and Corporate Functions, partnering closely with senior leaders to identify, engage, and hire top-tier talent for high-impact roles. You will play a key role in supporting commercial growth and business operations, requiring a strong understanding hiring needs. Success in this role requires speed, precision, and the ability to operate independently while delivering a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles within TV Stations

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to define hiring needs and execute effective, scalable sourcing strategies

  • Source, engage, and assess candidates with backgrounds in Ad Sales, Corporate functions, News, Production and Editorial

  • Manage high-volume pipelines while ensuring a streamlined, high-touch candidate experience from intake through offer

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely feedback and process momentum

  • Provide strategic counsel to hiring managers on market dynamics, talent availability, and competitive compensation

  • Negotiate compensation, manage offers, and complete all pre-offer processes including reference checks

  • Maintain accurate documentation, pipelines, and reporting using applicant tracking and sourcing tools

  • Deliver clear, consistent communication and recruiting updates to stakeholders

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in media, with demonstrated success hiring across a broad range of roles

  • Strong understanding of the talent market and commercial hiring dynamics

  • Hands-on experience with and ATS, workday preferred, along with LinkedIn Recruiter or other applicant tracking and sourcing system

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple reqs, and thrive in a fast-moving environment

  • Ability to effectively engage candidates, clearly articulating the employee value proposition

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and attention to detail

  • Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy in high-expectation environments

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $125,000.00-130,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
