We are seeking Senior Software Engineers to drive innovation and deliver delightful experiences to Netflix members on the iOS app. Our work spans rapid development of highly visible product experiences, long-term maintenance to enable future innovations, and building robust, scalable solutions that power the Netflix experience. Within Member Engineering, we have multiple opportunities for impact.

Teams that are actively hiring include: Member Experience Client Foundations Team The Member Experience Client Foundations team builds the server-driven UI (SDUI) architecture and tooling that powers the member experience across Netflix's iOS, Android, and TV apps. We build the schema, rendering, and data-access layers that let product engineers ship flexible, interactive features across Discovery, Playback, and Ads while championing consistency and performance across every client platform. Ads Team This team is responsible for delivering and evolving the platform for innovative, customizable ad experiences.

They build frameworks for interactive formats and server-side ad insertion with seamless, targeted delivery. You'll work with cross-functional partners to ensure ads are integrated in a performant and engaging way for our members. Develop maintainable code that is robust over time, with effective automation and documentation to support knowledge sharing within the team. Act as a strategic partner with product management to scope projects, with designers to refine UI specifications, and with engineering teams to collaborate on shared infrastructure. This includes considering business, product, and architectural trade-offs to inform your software designs.

Deeply care about the quality and performance of the products you help deliver. Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options.

To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $388,000.00 - $558,000.00. This compensation range will vary based on location

We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
