Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative, detail oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team at Courthouse Club Fitness. This role is split evenly between two areas: bringing our brand to life through design, and telling our story across social media. You will design web pages, email campaigns, signage, and print materials that reflect the Courthouse look and feel, while also managing the day to day content and community on our social channels. This role is for someone who can move between a layout program and a content calendar with ease, who has a sharp eye for design, and who understands how to translate a brand voice into visuals people want to engage with. If you love design, enjoy building community online, and want your work seen across five clubs and thousands of members, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design and Layout

  • Design digital and print materials including flyers, signage, email templates, and web graphics
  • Support web design and page layout updates for courthousefit.com
  • Maintain and apply brand standards across all visual materials
  • Design assets for club events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to fulfill design requests

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule content across all Courthouse social media channels
  • Capture photo and video content at club locations and events
  • Respond to comments and messages in a way that reflects the Courthouse voice
  • Track engagement and performance, adjusting content strategy as needed
  • Stay current on social media trends and platform best practices

Qualifications:
