CBS Television Stations is hiring a Program Coordinator responsible for managing program data for a group of CBS Owned Television Stations. This role will be responsible for data entry and schedule planning in programming software for multiple stations in different time zones. 
 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Programming data including input into programming software and uploading to shared site
  • Maintain Program Schedules and changes across network, syndicated, local and paid programming
  • Maintain Program Names and House Numbers across all programming
  • Maintain Episode Numbers and episode scheduling for syndicated programming
  • Assist with Children's Programming logs and FCC Files 
  • Assist with Paid Programming scheduling
  • Assist with maintenance and analysis of promotional orders for syndicated programming as needed
  • Assist with maintenance of diginet information in Excel
  • Assist with month-end close and analyzing variances
  • Assist with preparation of revenue analysis for programming schedule adjustments
  • Building and maintaining events calendars for multiple stations
  • Assist with preparation of weekly operating procedures for sports contingencies
  • Communicate and release relevant information to station, traffic, master control and listing services contacts
  • Assist with program contract data entry
     

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years Television programming or traffic experience preferred
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
     

Additional Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Wide Orbit Traffic System preferred
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and enjoys working in Excel
  • Genuine interest in data analysis
  • Strong Communication & Organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and take on all tasks assigned
  • Team Player - will be working with all levels in the organization
  • Ability to work under pressure against deadlines
