Job description

Summary of Position

Lionsgate is the premiere independent producer and distributor of motion pictures, home entertainment, family entertainment, television programming and video-on-demand content.
Lionsgate is looking for a Sr. Coordinator to join a highly analytical and dynamic team.ย  This position supports the administration and execution of third-party participations audits by coordinating audit intake, tracking audit milestones, facilitating document requests, scheduling audit meetings (internal and externals), tracking incoming statements and providing clerical supports, including but not limited to researching and locating audit supports.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the intake and administration of 3rd-party participations audits, including logging audit notices, performing time-bar analysis, and tracking key milestones and deadlines
  • Prepare and track confidential agreements (NDAs), ensuring fully executed agreements are in place prior to the commencement of fieldwork
  • Coordinating logistics with external auditors, talent representatives, and internal stakeholders
  • Schedule and coordinate audit meetings and settlement discussions
  • Coordinate the settlement agreement execution process, including routing agreements for internal approval, obtaining required signatures, tracking execution status, and maintaining fully executed agreements and related documentation
  • Coordinate settlement payments following execution of settlement agreements, including preparing and submitting payment requests, obtaining required approvals and tracking payments through completion
  • Maintain and update the audit matrix and progress in Monday.com
  • Generate and process Purchase Requisition and Purchase Orders as needed
  • Gather supporting documents from internal systems and storage
  • Record and analyze incoming statements
  • Support special projects and ad hoc assignments
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in participations or entertainment finance
  • Entertainment industry experience, particularly in participations or royalties, is a plus
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to handle highly confidential and proprietary information with discretion
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.ย  Experience with audit workflow or project management tools is a plus
  • A college degree is required

This position requires five (5) days per week in office.
