• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, identifying their needs and establishing a baseline for treatment.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect clients' goals, ensuring they are updated regularly based on progress and changing needs.
• Provide individual therapy to adult clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques.
• Utilize advanced teletherapy platforms to effectively deliver remote therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for all clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services as necessary, providing immediate support to clients in distress.
• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training sessions and workshops to stay current on best practices and mental health trends.

Our clientele consists primarily of adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. We strive to create a compassionate and empowering space where clients feel safe to share their experiences and work towards their mental health goals.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach in therapeutic settings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads and documentation.
• No disciplinary actions on record to ensure compliance and dedication to ethical practices.

• Experience in virtual therapy sessions and familiarity with teletherapy platforms.
• Proven ability to work with clients dealing with a wide array of mental health issues.
• Prior experience in supportive and crisis intervention settings.

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 based on the therapist's caseload.
