This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a professional and confidential counseling environment. With the flexibility to design your own work hours, you can supplement your income or build a full caseload of up to 40 hours per week based on your personal preference.

• Provide remote counseling sessions to clients using our dedicated teletherapy platform, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Utilize advanced therapy tools and resources available on the platform to develop tailored treatment plans that meet the individual needs of clients.
• Conduct assessments and engage in regular follow-ups to monitor client progress.
• Maintain accurate and concise records of all client interactions while adhering to minimal paperwork requirements.
• Screen clients to ensure they are low acuity and stable, setting your own demographic preferences based on your expertise.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to best practices in remote counseling.

You will work primarily with clients who have been pre-screened for stability and low acuity, allowing you to focus your efforts on providing high-quality care without the overwhelming stress of high-risk cases. This approach enables you to build therapeutic relationships that foster healing and personal growth within a supportive framework.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• A valid and fully licensed LCPC credential in the state of Nevada, with no disciplinary actions on your record.
• Ability to work independently while demonstrating flexibility and creativity in addressing client needs.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
• Dedicated private practice space that complies with confidentiality and privacy policies.

• Experience managing your own caseload and delivering therapy through online platforms or teletherapy systems.
• Dual or multi-state certification is a plus, enhancing your ability to connect with a broader client base.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on experience and contributions to our mission. Additionally, successful candidates will receive a substantial sign-on bonus upon seeing their first client within two weeks of onboarding. Other benefits include:
