Work Environment

This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technology to deliver therapy sessions to clients across the country. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, challenges, and needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific goals based on individual client needs while guiding them through evidence-based therapeutic methods.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing solution-focused techniques tailored to their circumstances.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring a professional and supportive environment for clients to discuss mental health concerns.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, working effectively to address immediate mental health challenges.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest mental health practices and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, consisting primarily of adults facing various mental health obstacles ranging from anxiety and depression to life transitions and trauma. You will work with clients who are eager to engage in therapy, setting the stage for impactful and lasting change. Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A valid, current license as a Licenced Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate building trust with clients.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and time-management skills to maintain an efficient practice.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a teletherapy or remote counseling role is a plus, but we welcome therapists new to the telehealth environment who are enthusiastic about leveraging technology in their practice.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a wide range of mental health diagnoses.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and professional experience. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
