Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing you to provide counseling services from the comfort of your home while leveraging teletherapy tools to connect with clients effectively. While the work setting is flexible, the responsibilities involve regular communication with our outpatient office team to coordinate care and maintain an integrated approach to client treatment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques tailored to promote client growth and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, track their progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Utilize teletherapy solutions to provide remote counseling sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients with mobility challenges or those in underserved areas.
• Maintain meticulous documentation to uphold ethical standards and comply with state regulations.
• Engage in continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills, stay abreast of emerging trends in the field, and provide the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve individuals and families from diverse backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• A current license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Nevada or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations is essential to effectively address the varying needs of our clients.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and experience delivering online therapy services is a plus.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between $75,000 and $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
