Your New Role
Pay Range: $85,920 - $108,800 / anually; based on location and experience.
Hours: Flexible hybrid schedule; Regular business hours Monday-Friday.
Location: San Diego, California strongly preferred. The selected candidate must be within commuting distance of a Chuze corporate entity.
Responsibilities:
Our Senior HRIS Analyst will be our UKG subject matter expert, critical in strategizing, optimizing, and maintaining our Human Capital Management system (HCM) and related technologies. The HRIS team ensures our systems are compliant, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals, leading full scope HRIS innovation projects to provide enhancements and prioritize efficiencies and user experience.
  • Manage implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Chuze's UKG/Ultipro environment and related platforms to support business needs, operational efficiency, data security, privacy, and compliance
  • Prepare accurate data summaries, logs, documentation, reports, and analyses to support strategic planning, standardized reporting
  • Maintain HRIS data standards and procedures by updating, validating, and correcting organizational and employee records to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Develop Chuze-wide HRIS user support through training, technical support, and change management
  • Act as the HRIS subject matter expert in partnership with the People Team, coordinating projects, supporting year-end processes, and conducting needs assessments
  • Configure custom HRIS functions, including automated queries, documentation, user permissions, access, and personalization
  • Elevate and mentor the HRIS team members

Your Skills:
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience as an HRIS specialist, analyst, or related position
  • Proficiency in UKG Pro / UltiPro implementation and configuration processes
  • Strong computer skills with thorough understanding of MS Excel and HR data reporting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and technical support skills
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures
  • Ability to keep information confidential
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Organized, accountable, able to set, reach, and prioritize goals
  • Capacity to receive and deliver constructive feedback
Preferences:
  • Experience optimizing UKG Workforce Management (WFM) timekeeping highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Current SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
Physical Abilities:
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment
