Job description

DataONE Construction is Hiring: Logistics Lull / Forklift Operators Vineland, NJ – Data Center Project

We are currently hiring experienced Logistics Lull/Forklift Operators to join our team in Vineland, New Jersey. You will play a key role assisting the Logistics team with unloading equipment, machinery, and materials from truck deliveries on our growing data center project.

Requirements:

  • Valid OSHA 10 certification (Construction)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Proven ability to safely and efficiently operate a Lull (Telehandler)
  • Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
  • Experience in industrial/construction logistics preferred
  • Ability to work 6-7 days a week
  • Ability to work 12 hour shifts
  • Bilingual (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits Package:

  • Hourly Pay: $20 – $30 per hour (based on experience and skills)
    • Performance-based raises and opportunities for advancement
    • Annual Manager-to-Employee performance reviews
  • Overtime: Time-and-a-half after 40 hours
  • Saturday: Automatic Time-and-a-half
  • Sunday: Automatic Double Time
  • Holidays: Double Time pay (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)
  • Per Diem: $150 per day (for candidates living 90+ miles from the jobsite)
  • Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental insurance (eligible after probationary period)
  • Paid Time Off: Vacation, Sick, Bereavement, and Floating Holidays (eligible after probationary period)
  • Drive Time Pay between jobsites
