Job description

Position Summary

This position is primarily responsible for the logistics of grain brought into and hauled out of the

facility.

Essential skills and experience

  • Experience in the operation of industrial rolling stock (skidsteer, telehandler, front loader, forklift) and grain handling equipment
  • Safety oriented
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, time management
  • Ability to work as a strong team player
  • Ability to commitment to company values
  • Ability to work mandatory overtime
  • High School Diploma

Reporting to this position No direct reports

Description of Duties:

  1. Responsible for dumping all grain coming into the plant
  2. Responsible for relief and assistance at the scales and corn grading
  3. Responsible for the housekeeping, the equipment and the operation of the corn receiving building, the elevator
  4. Responsible for cleaning up other areas of the plant when needed
  5. Responsible for daily inspection of equipment both stationary and rolling stock
  6. May have to work overtime some nights and weekends as needed
  7. All duties are performed in a safe manner in accordance with safety policies
  8. Any other duties that management may assign
