We are looking for Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer - Remoter / Telecommute for our client in Minneapolis, MN.

Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • 1+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • 1+ years of experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
  • 1+ years of experience with Real-Time CDP (RTCDP).
  • 1+ years of experience with XDM Schema Design.
  • 1+ years of experience with Identity Resolution & Merge Policies.
  • 1+ years of experience with Audience Segmentation.
  • 1+ years of experience with Adobe Web SDK / Adobe Launch.
  • 1+ years of experience with REST APIs.
  • 1+ years of experience with SQL / Query Service.
  • 1+ years of experience with Batch & Streaming Data Ingestion.
  • 1+ years of experience with Journey Personalization & Offer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Adobe certifications in AJO, AEP, or RTCDP are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Event-Based and Audience Qualification Journeys.
  • Configure Email, SMS, Push Notification, In-App, and Web Channel campaigns.
  • Implement Offer Decisioning, Dynamic Content, Personalization, and Content Templates.
  • Configure Journey Entry/Exit Criteria, Decision Splits, and Journey Orchestration.
  • Support Journey Testing, Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Production Deployment.
  • Collaborate with business and marketing teams to convert requirements into scalable customer journeys.
  • Develop and maintain XDM Schemas, Datasets, Identity Namespaces, and Merge Policies.
  • Configure Real-Time Customer Profile (RTCP/RTCDP).
  • Build and support Batch and Streaming Data Ingestion pipelines.
  • Design audience segmentation and profile activation strategies.
  • Implement identity resolution and profile stitching.
  • Ensure compliance through DULE policies, consent management, and data governance.
  • Create and manage Connections and Data Views.
  • Build dashboards, reports, calculated metrics, and visualizations.
  • Analyze customer journey performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to derive actionable insights from customer behavior.
