Job description

POSITION: Machine Operator

(Multiple Positions due to expansion) We are growing!!!

Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday โ€” 4:45 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Open to being flexible to work other shifts)

About the Role
We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our Vineland production team on the V5 schedule. This role is responsible for safely operating production equipment, monitoring performance, performing basic troubleshooting, and keeping accurate computer-based records. A strong comfort level with both machine operation and computer systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently

  • Perform equipment start-up, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting during operation

  • Monitor machine performance and communicate any issues to leadership or maintenance

  • Use computer systems to enter production data, track runs, document downtime, and complete digital forms

  • Ensure product quality meets company standards

  • Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety procedures

  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize performance

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills โ€” ability to navigate production software, input data accurately, and complete digital documentation

  • Operator experience in a manufacturing or food production environment

  • Ability to troubleshoot routine mechanical or operational issues

  • SAP ERP experience is highly recommended

  • Must be able to work independently and reliably on the V5 schedule (Thursdayโ€“Saturday, 4:45 p.m.โ€“5:00 a.m.)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods

  • Use ERP/MRP systems to support inventory tracking, production scheduling, and workflow accuracy
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help make our processes even better
