Position: Telecom Project Manager / Business Process SME
Location : 2 MetroTech Center, Brooklyn, NY 11201 - DAY 1 ONSITE
Duration: 13+ months
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a particular technical and/or business application, product, platform, methodology or skill set.
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience at senior level as an audio/telephony systems SME.
  • Extensive experience in the following technology areas: Public Safety systems, Quality Assurance, Systems Design, Development, Integration and Testing

SCOPE OF SERVICES:
  • Provide expert advice to the New York City NG9-1-1 team in all aspects of NG9-1- including and especially Call Handling System Integration.
  • Provide business process methodology expertise to the NYPD and FDNY for design, system implementation and testing.
  • Assist in the development of use cases and call flows for all types of NG9-1-1 calls.
  • Support the NG9-1-1 Call Handling requirements and validation of required standards.
