Position Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing bank-wide projects and strategic initiatives to ensure successful implementation, effective communication, and achievement of organizational objectives. The position collaborates with management, business units, vendors, and external partners to facilitate project execution, process improvements, and organizational change.


The Project Manager serves as a resource across departments and does not assume operational ownership over individual business functions.


Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Coordinate and manage bank-wide projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and implementation schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to management.
  • Identify project risks and facilitate issue resolution.
  • Ensure projects are completed timely and in accordance with business objectives.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with departments to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication among business units, Information Technology, and third-party vendors.
  • Coordinate meetings, testing activities, and implementation efforts.
  • Promote accountability and collaboration among project participants.

System Implementations and Enhancements
