As a key player in the water and wastewater treatment industry, Envirogen is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all phases are executed according to company standards and client expectations.

As Project Manager ,your primary responsibilities will include developing project plans, managing resources, overseeing budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will collaborate closely with a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and clients to facilitate communication and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the water treatment or environmental industry
  • Must be flexible to travel regionally up to 25%.
  • Experience managing projects in the $500K to $5M range
  • Familiarity in water treatment or similar industries. (Pumps, piping, vessels, associated controls etc.)
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
