Job Description

The Project Management role will be responsible for planning and managing a Large Scale Billing Conversion Project. This will include Project Leadership and Planning  with the responsibility to execute the overall plan and to provide hands on management of the Delivery Team, Team leads and Project Coordinators. This includes the responsibility of meeting deliverable dates and preset quality expectations. Candidate must possess the ability to create and manage project deliverable's including standards, project plans, estimates, forecasts, analyses, evaluations, checklists, etc.

Additional responsibilities include

  • Managing conversion coding, testing, and rollout activities
  • Identify and monitor discrepancies in various application implementations

Required Skills

  • 7 + years of Management experience leading large scale customer care and billing systems integration projects.
  • Demonstrated experience Communicating across various business and technology group including senior executives various individual contributors.
  • Prior project success in Billing, Customer Care, Order Management and Account Management.
  • Strong understanding of the Customer Care and Order Management processes.
