Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Technical Project Manager with extensive experience in IT project management. The role involves overseeing project planning and delivery while managing stakeholder communication and ensuring quality assurance in a telecom environment.
Responsibilities:
• Project planning/Agile delivery
• Technical oversight
• Stakeholder communication
• Risk/dependency management
• Release/change management
• Offshore coordination/quality assurance
• Telecom domain background
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years of IT project management experience, including 5+ years managing Java/Angular-based applications
• Proven experience managing distributed onsite/offshore teams
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid delivery models
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools
• Comcast Experience required
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering/information systems or similar technical area
Preferred:
• Telecom domain expertise (OSS/BSS, enterprise customer, billing, etc.)
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification
