Duration: 12+ Month Contract
MUST HAVES:
  • Authorized to work in the US (W2) | Bachelor's Degree & 7+ years of IT Infrastructure PM experience
  • Strong Jira experience - able to navigate projects, tasks, maintaining documents

  • Experience supporting or building distribution centers, warehouses, logistics, retail, wholesale, or supply chain environments.
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Services Senior Project Manager for the Distribution Center and Supply Chain domain. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives, including overseeing the end-to-end IT infrastructure build-out of new distribution and fulfillment centers. As the vital link between operational leadership, engineering teams, trade vendors, and executive stakeholders, you will drive physical and technical infrastructure deployments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define project goals, schedules, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives; manage critical paths, resource allocations, and complex dependencies.
  • Manage project budgets, forecast resource costs, track expenditures against financial baselines, and ensure cost efficiency across technology procurements and infrastructure build-outs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end IT and physical security infrastructure build for new fulfillment centers.
  • Partner with field engineering and trade contractors to review floor plans, approve site surveys, generate scopes of work, and deploy MDF/IDF environments, core/access switches, wireless access points, and physical servers.
  • Partner with Asset Protection to plan and manage physical security infrastructure deployments, including CCTV cameras, access control panels, and cloud/hybrid controllers.
  • Direct third-party vendors and manage Telecom/ISP providers to procure, negotiate, execute, and deliver critical network circuits and infrastructure services on time.
  • Proactively track milestones, mitigate build risks, and adapt to operational workflow changes using predictive and Agile/Scrum techniques.
  • Collaborate regularly with project stakeholders, senior leaders, and vendors to communicate progress and ensure operational readiness.
  • Implement ITIL principles, track SLA compliance, develop project execution best practices, and conduct post-mortems to continuously optimize future initiatives.
  • Coach and guide onsite engineering support teams, installation crews, and sub-contractors, fostering accountability and high performance.

Technical Skills: Extensive hands-on or direct oversight experience with MDF/IDF room builds, low-voltage Cat6/Fiber cabling, Cisco/Aruba/Ubiquiti networking stacks, wireless surveys, and physical security platforms (CCTV, Access Control, HIKCentral, Axis). Applied experience combining Predictive (Waterfall) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Deep understanding of supply chain IT ecosystems, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), mobile workstations, and handheld scanners. Proficiency with modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com) and Google Workspace.

  • CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Security+).
  • Agile certifications (CSM).
