The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of bespoke cabinetry, furniture and interior projects across luxury residential and hospitality sectors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-led environment where quality, detail, and service are paramount.


You will be responsible for managing complex, high-value projects from concept through to installation, coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and clients to bring beautifully crafted spaces to life.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of specialist interior packages and custom build projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and design intent are met
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and vendors throughout each project lifecycle
  • Create and manage project timelines, installation schedules, and progress reporting
  • Oversee procurement and logistics, coordinating with fabricators and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of custom components
  • Monitor quality control and resolve on-site issues with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Work closely with the creative team to translate design vision into executable project plans
  • Maintain documentation, contracts, and cost tracking for each project
