What does a telecom project manager do?

A telecom project manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of telecommunications projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and technical specifications. They coordinate teams, manage resources, communicate with stakeholders, and often use project management tools like MS Project or Primavera. Certification such as PMP can enhance their effectiveness in this role.

Effective communication and stakeholder management are essential, as the role often involves balancing competing priorities and resolving conflicts between departments. This collaborative approach helps ensure successful network rollouts and upgrades.

Can I become a PM with no experience?
