Responsibilities for Project Manager include but are not limited to:

ยท Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation to closure) ensuring control over scope, timeline, cost, quality, and risk

ยท Create detailed project plans with milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation aligned to digital/manufacturing strategy

ยท Provide regular updates to leadership, track KPIs, and proactively escalate risks or issues

ยท Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, cash flow, and track planned vs actual resource utilization

ยท Identify risks, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvements for KPI gaps

Candidates for Project Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

ยท 3+ years (5+ preferred) experience as a Project Manager handling full project lifecycle

ยท Background in manufacturing, warehouse, or operations environments preferred

ยท Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint

ยท Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
