Role: Telecom / Field Service Telecom / Field Service Project Coordinator
Location: Minnetonka, MN

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project execution, client communication, resource coordination, and operational activities. This role is responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating resources, tracking deliverables, and ensuring successful completion of client requests. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, deliverables, and task assignments

  • Support project execution from initiation through completion while ensuring deadlines and goals are met

  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and field technicians to coordinate project activities

  • Manage project updates, changes in scope, and identify potential issues or risks

  • Coordinate appropriate resources to successfully complete assigned work requests

  • Track project progress, maintain documentation, and report key project updates

  • Support scheduling and coordination of onsite technicians and project resources

  • Resolve issues, remove obstacles, and escalate project concerns when needed
