• Strong IT experience in Telecom domain with BSS experience in Retail, Enterprise and wholesale LOB for following areas: Sales & CRM, CPQ, Care & Self-Help, Enterprise Product Catalog, Order management, Workflow management, Mediation, Rating, Billing, OCS, Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, Enterprise Integrations, Data & Analytics, Reporting & Dash boarding, Governance & policy management.
• Extensive experience in tactical and strategic product roll-out including Technology recommendations, architecture, domain driven solutions, API led connectivity, Risk Management, Fault Tolerance, NFR, Resilient architectures.
• Hand-on architecture design/consulting experience with (any 1) Amdocs, Netcracker, CSG, Sigma e2e BSS stack.
• Should have worked in customer advisory role across BSS stack for 5+ years.
• Should be well conversant with eTOM/SID/TAM models, GSMA standards.
• Experience with TMF architecture & Integration standards- ODA, NaaS, Open API.
• Experience in e-commerce and Omni-channel transformations.
• Customer experience.
• Strong experience in Business Architecting and designing IT solutions with Enterprise Integrations, Legacy modernization, Functional consolidation.
Preferred:
• Certifications TOGAF 9 Certified.
• TMF Certifications.
