Job Title: GCP Cloud Program Manager

Location: Austin, TX (Day-1 Onsite)

Job Description :

Mandatory onsite from Austin, TX (no hybrid/remote). Open to considering candidates willing to relocate and work Day 1 onsite.AI, L1, and client discussion.

Overall experience:

12–15 years, Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager. Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale cloud migration programs, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Experience in the telecommunications domain with exposure to large, complex environments. Strong background in cloud transformation, modernization, and migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities AND Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Proven experience managing complex GCP migration programs, preferably in telecom

Strong understanding of telecom systems: OSS/BSS platforms Network applications.

Good understanding of GCP services and migration tools: Migrate to Virtual Machines Database Migration Service Storage Transfer Service

Understanding of GCP architecture and core services, including: Compute Engine Virtual Private Cloud Google Kubernetes Engine

Strong knowledge of cloud migration strategies and best practices: Lift-and-shiftRe-platforming Re-architecting Experience with governance, risk management, and compliance in cloud environments

Lead end-to-end GCP cloud migration programs within the telecommunications domain Drive the full lifecycle of cloud migration: Planning Execution Delivery Post-migration stabilization Define migration strategy, scope, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders Ensure alignment and accountability across all workstreams Manage project risks, dependencies, and governance frameworks to ensure secure and compliant migrations Ensure interoperability with legacy telecom systems post-migration and support operational readiness Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
