Davenport, IA โ€ข On-site

Full-time

Posted 17 days ago

Job description

Benefits:

Flexible schedule

Opportunity for advancement

Training & development

Aurum Wireless is aggressively expanding our MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) division and we are hiring a Consumer Sales Manager to help build and manage apartment, condo, and community partnerships for AT&T and Verizon services.

This is not a "sit behind a desk" management role.

We are looking for someone who can build relationships, create opportunities, recruit and lead teams, and help scale new markets quickly.

You will work directly with apartment complexes, property managers, leasing offices, and residential communities to create sales opportunities for our teams.

If you have experience in D2D, telecom, cable, solar, roofing, retail management, or outside sales leadership, this could be a massive opportunity.

What You'll Do

Build relationships with apartment complexes and MDU properties

Secure opportunities for AT&T and Verizon sales campaigns

Coordinate events, vendor tables, resident outreach, and on-site activations

Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives

Work alongside field teams to maximize production

Help launch and grow new residential markets

Develop relationships with property managers and ownership groups

Track team performance and growth metrics

What Makes This Role Different

The biggest challenge is not "hard selling" residents.

The real opportunity is building access and relationships with properties.

Once access is secured, our teams can move quickly and generate substantial volume.

Many residents are able to save significantly or upgrade services compared to their current provider, making the conversations much easier once we are in front of them.

Compensation

This is a high-income management opportunity with uncapped upside.

Compensation may include:

Personal sales commissions

Team overrides

Performance bonuses

MDU campaign incentives

Growth and expansion bonuses

Realistic earnings:

Strong managers: $100,000โ€“$180,000+

High-performing market leaders: $200,000+

What We're Looking For

Leadership or management experience preferred

Sales experience strongly preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to recruit and motivate teams

Self-starter mentality

Comfortable working in the field and at properties

Reliable transportation required

Ideal Backgrounds

What We Provide

High-energy team culture

Important

This role is for someone who wants to help build markets, not just manage existing ones.

We are looking for leaders who can create opportunities, build teams, and scale operations aggressively.
