Job description

A&S Telecom Consulting is a business telecommunications company providing cloud voice services, internet solutions, fiber broadband, VoIP, and business equipment. Through our partnerships with leading providers like AT&T and Comcast through their Solution Provider Alliance Channel, we help businesses improve their communication systems while providing personalized support and competitive solutions.


We are looking for someone who is driven, professional, and comfortable working directly with business owners and decision-makers.


Position Overview
As an Appointment Closer - Business Account Manager, you will attend pre-scheduled appointments with businesses, identify their communication needs, and provide solutions that improve their phone, internet, and technology services.
You will also have access to our CRM and will use it daily for additional lead utilization, daily account funnels, sales workflows and campaigns to help create a strong pipeline for daily customer account management and closing sales for additional commissions.

Compensation
$500 weekly base pay
3% commission on closed deal sales
Annual earning potential: approximately $72,800-$143,000+

Responsibilities
- Attend and close pre-scheduled business appointments
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers face-to-face
- Present and sell A&S Telecom Consulting products and solutions
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate telecom solutions
- Prospect new business opportunities using company resources and CRM tools
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity updates
- Follow up with prospects and customers
- Manage sales opportunities from initial meeting through closing
- Meet weekly sales goals and performance expectations

Training Program
A&S Telecom Consulting provides paid training to help you develop product knowledge, sales skills, and company processes.

Qualifications
- Previous sales, customer service, account management, or related experience preferred - but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and Microsoft Office
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to travel locally for business appointments

- Metro Detroit Area
- Candidates within approximately a 20-mile radius of the office preferred
- Hybrid position
- Must be available Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
