Key Responsibilities

  • Actively manage and grow a dedicated sales territory in Michigan with our BrandFX and Versalift brands, including a pre-existing customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet departments, including utility and municipal fleets, co-ops, contractors, and telecom.
  • Provide consultative sales expertise to customers, focusing on understanding and exceeding their expectations.
  • Effectively communicate technical details of truck-mounted equipment, ensuring customers understand product features and benefits.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, customer service, and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend and participate in trade shows and industry events to represent TIME Manufacturing Company and generate leads.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5+ years of consultative outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in utility, telecom, municipal, commercial truck, heavy equipment, or fleet sales.
  • Strong desire to work in a customer-first, collaborative environment while demonstrating accountability and a strong drive to win.
  • Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service.
  • Technical knowledge of truck-mounted equipment is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work a territory independently as needed.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel within the territory as needed, including overnight travel.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members.
