Job Title: Techno Functional Program Manager

Location:  Hybrid - Irving, TX or San Diego, CA

Job Description:

The Techno Functional Program Manager for Connect is a senior internal role responsible for end-to-end program delivery of Verizon''s IoT connectivity management platform. This individual serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, bringing deep expertise across telecom systems, IoT platform management, and Applied AI to drive platform outcomes that align with enterprise strategy.

Required
  • 8+ years of program/product management experience in telecom, IoT, or enterprise IT platform environments
  • Demonstrated hands-on knowledge of equivalent IoT connectivity management platform
  • Strong functional understanding of telecom BSS/OSS systems and how they integrate with IT delivery platforms
  • Proven experience delivering AI/ML-enabled programs — from use case definition to production deployment
  • Track record of managing cross-functional programs with >1M+ budgets and enterprise-scale stakeholder ecosystems
Preferred
  • Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Telecom Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • PMP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent program management certification
