Job Description Job Title: Expense Management Analyst Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 3 months + Possibility to Extend and/or Convert to FTE Pay Rate: $23/HR (W2 Only) Job/Role Description: This role helps support the operational efficiency and financial accuracy of our client's Asset Management Division. This position will provide support for the approval, allocation, and accounting of expenses, collaborating with controllers, portfolio managers, and various operational groups. This position will ensure high quality service delivery through meticulous data analysis, expense tracking, and adherence to risk management and control standards.

Prepare expense management reports by extracting data from firm systems and summarizing it in an organized manner Perform expense analysis and tracking, including ledger account maintenance, capitalization, balance substantiation, and expense allocations Assist with the setup, processing, and approval of vendor invoices, as well as tracking consultant budgets and actuals Provide support for audit and compliance requests Build communication skills through interaction with senior leadership and internal teams to resolve issues and collaborate on process improvements Display ability to function as a team player while working in a fast-paced environment Develop project management skills by assisting with system or process improvement projects Develop critical thinking by investigating and resolving complex issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in financial services Proven analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a control mentality Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal clients Self-motivated and proactive team player with strong organizational skills Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and work well under pressure in a team environment High level of accuracy with the ability to maintain this standard under deadline pressure Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Zoom Risk management focus Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Keen attention to detail
