Job description

Integration Engineer 

Location: Multiple Locations / Travel Required
Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of telecom network elements.
  • Configure and validate IP/MPLS, Routing & Switching, Transport, and Core Network equipment.
  • Support network deployments, upgrades, migrations, and acceptance testing.
  • Execute integration activities according to customer and Nokia standards.
  • Perform fault isolation, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with customer, project management, operations, and engineering teams.
  • Prepare technical documentation, implementation plans, and test reports.
  • Support software upgrades, patches, and network optimization activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of IP Networking (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, QoS).
  • Experience with network integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Linux/Unix fundamentals.
  • Understanding of telecom networks and service provider environments.
  • Experience with routing, switching, and transport technologies.
  • Ability to analyze logs, alarms, and network performance data.
  • Good customer-facing and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Nokia equipment experience.
  • LTE/4G/5G network knowledge.
  • Nokia NetAct, AirScale, SR OS, or telecom OSS tools.
  • Experience with automation/scripting (Python, Ansible).
  • CCNA, CCNP, Nokia certifications.
