Job description

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Billing Analyst II to join us in a full-time capacity.

Location Requirement:

The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.

Role Overview:

The Billing Analyst II is responsible for independently managing end-to-end billing processes, including usage rating, pricing validation, dispute support, and billing system maintenance. This position ensures high billing accuracy, supports revenue assurance initiatives, and may contribute to system automation efforts.ย

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate or bachelorโ€™s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in billing or revenue operations.
  • Key Competencies: Strong understanding of telecom products, billing cycles, and usage-based billing. Proficient in Excel and experience with billing platforms. Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
