Team Nextar, an authorized retailer for Metro by T-Mobile with over 260 locations nationwide, is looking for driven, passionate, and outgoing individuals to join our Metro by T-Mobile Sales Team. As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Team Nextar, you will be working directly with our customers, educating them on the Metro by T-Mobile Products and Services we offer and guiding them through the selection and sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail environments, understand how to do outbound activities to drive customers into our locations, are driven by goals and accomplishments, and are focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience to earn repeat business and have a desire to earn LOTS OF MONEY!

As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Team Nextar will be responsible for:

  • Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
  • Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
  • Educating our customers on all Metro by T-Mobile Products and Services we offer.
  • Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
  • Handle all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
  • Assist the Store Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
  • Complete all required trainings as directed by Metro by T-Mobile and Team Nextar.
  • Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

Team Nextar is looking for candidates with the following experiences, skills, and qualifications:

  • 1 year or more experience in a similar role in a retail or a customer facing environment, preferably with Metro by T-Mobile.
  • Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
  • Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
  • Ability to travel to our various locations in your market as business needs dictate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish may be required based on location
  • Be self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
