How you'll make an impact
Provide onsite IT support for factory-owned and managed assets.
Support end users and maintain IT equipment in collaboration areas.
Execute cybersecurity tasks for IT/OT assets as a first responder.
Maintain and troubleshoot shop floor technologies like kiosks, scanners, and vendor machines.
Monitor and report abnormal OT system behavior.
Install and configure security patches on critical assets.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure secure system configurations.
Implement security measures under guidance from global cybersecurity teams.
Your background
Formal qualification or apprenticeship in Information Technology.
Minimum 2 years of professional IT support experience.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and self-driven.
Familiarity with ServiceNow, MS Office 365, Windows, iOS.
Knowledge of ITIL 4 and Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
