Job description

Augmented App Support:
 
  • Focus on automation, either through Ansible or Python scripting, or leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow AIOPS platform.

  • Knowledge of RH OCP – preferable RH OCP certification

  • Knowledge of Telco applications such as Mavenir IMS, Nokia 5G Core etc. is very welcome.

  • Hands-on attitude – this is a small team - nobody is only team lead or scrum master – everybody is an automation developer.

  • Focus of the Application Onboarding Lead is to analyze the to-be onboarded Telco application and discover what common incident can be expected and how the resolutions of these incidents can be automated – and then make sure these automations get built.
