Job description

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Clearance Required: Active Secret
Education: MA/MS degree
Experience: Senior - over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. At least ten (10) years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management; and a minimum of six (6) years out of 10 years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning is required.
Position Description:
  • Review test plans, attend test readiness reviews, flight readiness reviews, and provide comments to the test reports on both hardware and software test events.
  • Perform evaluations of technical design, schedule and test and evaluate risks in various systems and subsystem efforts. Provide specific comments, recommendations and viable alternatives to effectively reduce or eliminate these risks.
  • Support the development, review, maintenance and/or updating of development and test schedules
  • Coordinate and participate in working groups, meetings, conferences and creation and updating of the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) with stakeholders to coordinate Road Maps for test execution up to and including Operational Test and Evaluation and Follow-On Test and Evaluation.
  • Collect and analyze test and evaluation execution metrics, schedule and performance data for incorporation into teamwork plans, data calls, and test documentation.
  • Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on
  • briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.
  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
  • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
  • Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
