About the Role:
C P TEK 1 LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our growing team in Florence, SC. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the field, solving real-world technical challenges and delivering exceptional service to customers. If you're a problem-solver who takes pride in your craft, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems at customer locations
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to minimize customer downtime
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, findings, and completed work
  • Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and field documentation
  • Coordinate with dispatch and internal teams to prioritize and schedule service calls
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in field service, technical repair, or a related hands-on technical role
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, or systems troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
