The ideal candidate will be skilled in various therapeutic modalities and committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of their clients.

About the Organization

  • Facilitate group, family, couple, and individual therapy sessions, creating a supportive environment for clients to explore their emotions and experiences.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health practices.
  • Participate in regular workshops and professional development activities to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and therapeutic practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and their families, providing targeted support for a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our clients often face barriers to accessing traditional care, making your role critical in offering them a pathway to healing and empowerment.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical context.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other relevant technologies.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
