Job Title: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) – Independent Contractor (1099)
Setting: Private Behavioral Health Group Practice
Location(s): New Lenox & Hinsdale – In-Person & Telehealth

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our private behavioral health practice. This 1099 independent contractor position offers the perfect balance of clinical autonomy and practice support. You will provide outpatient psychotherapy to a diverse client base spanning children, teens, and adults. While you manage your own schedule, our practice provides full administrative support and access to medical insurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Therapy: Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to children, teens, and adult populations.
  • Clinical Assessments: Conduct initial diagnostic intakes to identify client needs and goals.
  • Treatment Planning: Create and update individualized treatment plans for your caseload.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical progress notes within our electronic health record system.
  • Schedule Management: Manage your own client appointment calendar independently.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted LCPC license in the state of [Insert State].
  • Education: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling or a related mental health field.
  • Versatility: Comfortable working with youth, adolescents, and adult clients.
