At Camp Fire North Shore, we create a fun, safe, and engaging environment where campers build confidence, friendships, and lifelong memories. Our program focuses on sports, arts, STEM, outdoor adventure, and leadership development. We are looking for energetic, responsible, and positive individuals to join our team this summer! 

Summer Camp Counselors are responsible for supervising and engaging a group of campers throughout the day. Counselors lead activities, support campers' social development, ensure safety at all times, and help create a welcoming camp community.

All staff share responsibility for supporting an inclusive environment for children, families, and colleagues. Staff are expected to support inclusive practices, collaborate with team members, implement inclusion strategies as directed, and participate in related training.
