Customer Care Representative Seasonal (May thruOctober)

Monday and Friday 12pm-9pm and Saturday
either 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm



Job Summary

The Primo Water Service Representative provides telephone support to Primo Water's retail customers and product consumers. Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. Bi-lingual Spanish desired, but not required.



Required Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and time management.
Analytical skills to accurately diagnose and resolve reported issues.
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team on multiple tasks and projects.
