Site Coordinator - After School Program

Camp Fire North Shore

Overview

Camp Fire North Shore is seeking an experienced, organized, and dedicated Site Coordinator to lead one of our dynamic after-school programs. This role is essential in creating a safe, structured, and inclusive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

As a Site Coordinator, you will oversee daily program operations, support and supervise staff, and ensure high-quality programming aligned with Camp Fire North Shore's mission.

This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities to support summer programming.

Compensation

Annual Salary: $44,000 - $48,000, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday through Friday

Typical Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Schedule may vary slightly based on program and site needs.

Qualifications

Must be at least 20 years of age and meet one of the following:

  • High school diploma or GED + 1 year of professional experience with school-age children
  • Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Education, Human Services, Recreation, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field + 6 months of professional experience with school-age children
  • Associate's degree in any field + 9 months of professional experience with school-age children

Additional Requirements

  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Background checks (CORI/SORI)
  • Meet EEC requirements
