Development Coordinator – Adult Programs

Location: Columbia, SC preferred; this position may also be based at Global Teen Challenge locations in Orlando, FL; Dublin, GA; or Fort Myers, FL.
Candidates located in or willing to relocate to any of these four locations are encouraged to apply.

Global Teen Challenge is looking for a driven, people-oriented Development Coordinator to help grow and sustain our life-changing ministry. If you have a heart for the mission, a talent for relationship-building, and experience in fundraising or nonprofit development — we want to hear from you.

What The Development Coordinator Will Do
In this role, one will be on the front lines of our fundraising efforts — cultivating donor relationships,
planning events, and connecting our community with the work we do every day and will partner closely with our Advancement team and local Center Director to:

• Plan and execute fundraising events including Open Houses, Galas, and Golf Tournaments
• Build and maintain relationships with current, lapsed, and prospective donors
• Lead an Event Committee and manage event budgets from start to finish
• Represent Teen Challenge at community events, churches, and meetings
• Identify and pursue new donor prospects
• Support our Student Sponsorship Program and donor engagement campaigns
• Manage donor database, reporting, and administrative tasks

About the Development Coordinator
