Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A MEMBERSHIP ADVISOR:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to all members, guests, and program participants
  • Be the friendly face that each member, guest and program participant see's when first entering the branch
  • Create positive lasting memories for each person with helpful responses to their needs

REQUIREMENTS TO BEAMEMBERSHIP ADVISOR:

  • Must enjoy interacting with others
  • Minimum age of 17
  • 1 - 2 years of sales or marketing experience preferred
  • Must be available to work varying open shifts (i.e., mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays).
  • A positive energetic attitude
  • Possess a working knowledge of computers and office machines
